I’ve sent a few motivational emails. I’m not sure what people see in me, but when they’re down or feeling down, they come to me for help through the Scholarships Ranking Service Center. Even the most sophisticated.

- As a motivator, you are the driving force behind the person taking the first step. Your letter should instil zeal and enthusiasm in them. This is possible if their goal is clear and you are well-known to them. Nobody is motivated by total strangers (celebrities excluded). This is possible if you have a strong vocabulary and a genuine desire to learn or motivate. This is a deadly combination.
- Finally, make certain that you are writing with sincerity of purpose. Without it, the letter will be boring and unmotivating.
And the joy you feel when they write back and say your letter, motivational chat, or phone call worked is indescribable.
Structure of A Motivational Letter
Your motivation letter should ideally be divided into three sections: the heading, the motivation letter, and your entrepreneurial (business) idea.

- Make sure your motivation letter is well written. First, consider the above-mentioned questions. Then write an outline, followed by the text. Do not include the outline or the questions in your paper. Not all of the questions need to be answered.
- Create a formal letter of motivation.

Include a letterhead with your name, address, and contact information.
