About The Scholarship
The Singapore International Graduate Award is a merit-based award for all international students with extraordinary academic records. The SINGA program attracts the world\’s brightest minds to continue their studies at the best institutions in Singapore. All graduates can pursue their studies in the field of science and technology under this fully funded international scholarship opportunity in one of the most academically advanced countries in the world. Eligibility Criteria for The Scholarship
- Applicants must be international students.
- Applicants must have completed a bachelor\’s degree.
- Applicants must have excellent academic results.
- The applicant must be proficient in the English language.
- SINGA does not require specific certification of English language proficiency as it can be assessed during the interview. However, an English language certificate can be an individual university requirement.
- Singapore citizens or candidates who have already completed higher education in Singapore cannot apply.
- Applicants who wish to apply for a master\’s program are not eligible.
- Only candidates who wish to pursue their Ph.D. in Science and Engineering are qualified.
- Ph.D. Courses of social sciences, humanities, economics, etc. are not eligible.

Scholarship Benefits
- SINGA covers the full tuition fees of the awardees.
- The fellows will get a monthly stipend of S$ 2,200.
- The monthly stipend will be increased to S$ 2700 after qualifying for the first examination.
- The fellow will receive a one-time airfare grant of up to S$ 1500.
- The fellows will receive a one-time settlement grant of S$ 1000.
- The settling-in allowance will be provided for up to S$ 1,000.
