Eligibility Criteria for Koç University
To qualify for the Koç University Scholarship, the candidate must fulfill all of the following requirements below:
- Required language: English.
- Eligible Countries: All countries of the world.
- All applicants must apply through the online application program.
- Submitting an application without the required exam scores (GRE, TOEFL) significantly reduces your chances of being accepted and therefore your chances of a scholarship.
- All applications are evaluated on the basis of the candidate\’s academic merits and not financial needs.

Scholarship Benefits
Koç University Scholarships 2023 will provide:
Master\’s Degree
- Tuition fee waiver (96,500 TL/year)
- A monthly salary of 1,500 Turkish liras
- Housing aid (750 TL/month) or free furnished housing (shared by 3-4 students) in the nearby campus (graduate housing may be offered to a limited number of MS students depending on the availability of resources)
- Private health insurance (limited coverage)
- Travel support (once a year, for a fixed amount set annually) to attend scientific events
PHD Degree
- Tuition fee waiver (96,500 TL/year)
- A monthly stipend of 3,000 TL (increased to 3,500 TL after a PhD qualification)
- Housing aid (750 TL/month) or free furnished housing (shared by 3-4 students) in the nearby university campus
- Private health insurance (limited coverage)
- Meal card
- Free HGS (Fast Transit Pass) car stickers for campus admission
- Travel support (once a year, for a fixed amount set annually) to attend science events
