About The Scholarship
Applications are been received for the Kazakhstan Government Scholarships for International Students. The scholarship is offered through the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan to foreign applicants, including persons of Kazakh nationality who are not citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The scholarship is awarded for full-time studies at institutions of higher education in Kazakhstan. Selected candidates can study in the fields available at the host institutions in bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degree programmes.

Eligibility Criteria for Kazakhstan Government Scholarship
- Foreign nationals, including individuals with Kazakh citizenship who are not citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, are welcome to apply. Furthermore, applicants must meet the following requirements.
- Bachelor’s Degree Programs: Basic Secondary Education Certificate or Diploma with a grade of at least “Good”.
- Master\’s Degree Programs:
- Bachelor\’s or specialist diploma with at least a 3.0 (out of 4.0) GPA or equivalent in educational institutions.
- An international certificate of proficiency in a foreign language.
- PhD degree programmes:
- Master\’s degree with a minimum grade point average of 3.0 (out of 4.0) GPA or its equivalent in educational institutions.
- An international certificate of proficiency in a foreign language.
