About The Scholarship
For the school year 2023–2024, the Turkey Diyanet Foundation Scholarship Program is now accepting applications. Foreigners intending to study in Turkey may apply for the Turkish Diyanet Foundation Scholarship Program, which is entirely sponsored by the Diyanet Foundation. Building cultural links between Turkey and associated communities, promoting Islamic education for Muslim populations, and exchanging knowledge about Islam and Islamic education are the goals of the Turkish Diyanet Foundation Scholarship Program. The Presidency of Religious Affairs of Turkey formed the non-profit Turkey Diyanet Foundation (TDV), which is committed to advancing social services, education, and culture both within Turkey and abroad.

Eligibility Criteria for Imam Hatip Scholarship
- Not be a citizen of, or not entitled to claim to become, a citizen of the Republic of Turkey
- To be born no later than 01.01.2007
- Being single (not married)
- To graduate from a school (secondary or middle school) equivalent to Grade 8 in Turkey with a grade of at least good (70%)
- Not be punished for any disciplinary action during his education in his country
- Not to have returned or been suspended from school for more than two years without an acceptable excuse after completing secondary school
- Primary school is not completed in Turkey
- The absence of any mental or physical health problem or obstacle to study in Turkey
- Students\’ families must live outside Turkey
- You are not a refugee and do not live with family in Turkey
- To live in the country where he is a citizen
- Those who are enrolled in the Imam Hatip International Anatolian High School program and who have completed their secondary education in the Republic of Turkey
