About The Scholarship
Russian Government Scholarship Open Doors 2024 invites all foreign applicants to apply for Masters and Ph.D. Certificate programs. Winners of the Open Doors Scholarship will receive a full scholarship to study master’s or doctoral programs at the Russian university of their choice. Foreigners from any country can participate. Almost all academic fields are offered in this scholarship. Winners of the Open Doors Scholarship Program are granted free early admission to any Russian university, without entrance exams and with tuition fees, a monthly stipend covered by the Russian Federation. This is the seventh edition of the Open Doors Scholarship project in cooperation with the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation.
