1. A candidate must be non-Chinese citizens
2. A candidate must be good in both mental and physical health
3. A candidate applying for a master program must have an undergraduate degree and be under 35 years of age.
4. A candidate applying for PhD programs must hold a Master degree and be under the age of 40.
